Has your organization already committed to hybrid cloud? Do you have multiple clouds that need automated delivery of application environments all with consistency?
IBM Cloud Automation Manager (CAM) is a solution that provides this management of multi-cloud environments, allowing IT Operations to accelerate service, automation and delivery. The solution provides Infrastructure as Code built with open technology, helping to simplify the user experience for deploying cloud infrastructure in multiple clouds. But how does this all work together?
Join the webcast to dive deep into the architectural principles of a multi-cloud management solution. Learn how CAM supports end to end lifecycle management of both cloud-enabled and cloud-native workloads. IBM experts will share the architectural principles of CAM and how this all automates, accelerates and ultimately enhances your overall delivery of cloud infrastructure. Topics will include pluggable formats and frameworks, open technology services, APIs and more.

Introducing your newest call center support staffer ... IBM Watson. We've all had a poor experience when calling a customer support phone number - suffering through layers of menus and long queue times for the simplest requests. You can fix this by taking advantage of the new IBM Voice Gateway which links Watson to telephone networks as a self-service call center agent and improves the customer experience with live agents too. Join us in a webinar to learn about this new offering which is bringing cognitive to call centers and gives your business the added advantage of IBM WebSphere with Watson.

It is a cliche to say data is growing at an ever-expanding rate. Computer logs, device data, social data, sensor readings... It is never-ending, and it is coming faster and getting larger at an incredible rate. But how do we collect this data? How do we store it? Most importantly, how do we do something useful with this data? How do we turn data into information and then into value? In this talk we will look at a scenario that follows device data as it comes into the IBM Cloud and is initially processed, cleaned, stored and analyzed to go from raw bits to value. We will take a look under the hood at the services, such as Object Storage, and Spark, that enable this flow, examining the IBM Research technologies that enable this scenario.
