Introducing The IMWUC Community Team!

Did you know that there is an entire staff of wonderful, talented personnel to help you conquer the new IBM Middleware User Community site? You do now! The IMWUC Community Team is made up of 5 ladies and 1 gentleman who will help out with anything from, "Where do I find my group?" to, "Where do I find my keys?" Okay, we may not be able to help you find your keys, but please reach out to us at support@imwuc.org for any IBM Middleware User Community support you need. Here's more about our team!

Alexia Roseliep / Director of Community Management

Role: I oversee the IBM Middleware Community Team. I'm responsible for overall strategy and ensuring the growth of the community as a whole.

Hobbies: German Shepherd Rescue, traveling, renovating/decorating

Favorite Book: Pride & Prejudice

Favorite Appetizer: Anything with bread & Cheese

Fun Fact: I swam competitively for 18 years and smelled like chlorine every time I showered for a year after I retired

Kelsy Tibshraeny / Community Management Specialist

Role: I actively respond to and resolve user help requests and provide support. I also handle all logistics of IBM Middleware UC webcasts to ensure they're valuable and they run smoothly.

Hobbies: Hiking, bike rides, and relaxing with friends and family

Favorite TV Show: The Walking Dead

Favorite Appetizer: Spinach and artichoke dip

Fun Fact: I am an Arizona native.

Role: I work with our team to make sure that all members of the IBM Middleware UC are getting the most out of their membership. I also make sure the site's tools are as pain-free as possible so our members can focus on collaborating and learning from one another (the fun stuff).

Hobbies: Sending snail mail, hiking and nail polish collecting

Favorite Book: Lean In – Sheryl Sandberg (I keep a marked up copy next to my bed)

Favorite Appetizer: Buffalo anything. All day everyday.

Fun Fact: I passionately hate the color yellow. I think it’s trying way too hard to get my attention.

Leandra Naranjo / User Group Manager

Role: I am the point of contact for all User Group Leaders & Liaisons. I provide support for the site and strategy for improving their IBM Middleware user group.

Hobbies: Reading, hiking, music festivals. and binge-listening to my favorite podcasts

Favorite Movie: The Fantastic Mr. Fox--I’m fascinated by stop-motion animation

Favorite Appetizer: Poke

Fun Fact: Last year, my husband and I quit or day-jobs, moved to Alaska, and worked as a tour guides for the summer. We moved back to Arizona in September 2016.

Hobbies: Playing with my two kids, fishing, fixing things. In that order!

Fun Fact: I am the a 4th and have no middle name - Tom Chambers IV

Role: I am IMWUC’s strategist, but I also work with a multitude of other organizations in overseeing any and all elements of their community management and strategy needs!

Hobbies: Traveling, reading and exploring the outdoors with my Jack Russell, Lola.
